This is a case report of successful pregnancy and full term delivery following injection of non-viable frozen-thawed testicular sperm into the cytoplasm of a mature oocyte, from a poor responder patient, followed by oocyte activation with Calcium inophore. In this communication, we have shown that activation of the oocyte is necessary in order to achieve fertilization when non-viable frozen testicular sperm is used for ICSI.
