*Density indicates the mean number ± standard error of the mean (SEM)
of Leydig cells observed in each interstitial space. This observation was made
after counting 200 interstitial tissues of each experimental group in the
hematoxylin-eosin-stained slides used for optical microscope. Different
superscript letters in a column indicate significant (P < .05)
differences among groups. Significance of the differences was tested using the
