{dagger}GAD fusions were transformed into strain Y187 and selected on SC-Leu plates. GBD fusions were transformed into Y190 and selected on SC-Trp plates. Strains were mated on yeast peptone dextrose plates, and diploids were selected on SC-Trp-Leu plates. The values were means ± standard deviations from 3 independent transformants.
