A Case of Bilateral Absence of the Vas Deferens and the Body and Tail of the Epididymis in Association with Multiple Congenital Anomalies

A patient presenting with infertility was found to have bilateral agenesis of the vas deferens and body and tail of the epididymis in association with cleft mitral valve, epiphyseal dysplasia, polydactyly, high arched palate, and partial syndactyly of two toes. Two of the patient's siblings were also affected with similar abnormalities.
